we can provide same fast delivery however not all, so if delivery time is a problem to you; please get to us either by live chat or by mail using [email protected] with the product you intend to order while listing your destination country so we give you exact estimated arrival date. But US orders are domestic and arrive within hours or 24hrs most of the time.

Q: Which countries don’t benefit reship ? 

A: We offer reship to all countries however for Australia, Brazil, India, Italy, Norway, Finland, Denmark ,Sweden and all Scandinavia we only reship 50% of the initial order total: due to their high risk custom.

A: After several deliveries to these countries which were to benefit only 50% reship, we have have now decided to offer a full 100% reship due to the owesome succeed rate we have had for the past few months. Out of about 423 packages, only 5 got seized and this means a huge success to us all.  so feel free to shop we’ve got your back covered with new packaging tactics.

Q: Once you pick up the funds, how long do I have to wait for the item to arrive?

A: After you receive a mail from us stating “order completed” depending on your country check bellow

Canada: 1-7 days (not including sundays )

USA: 6-48 hrs express delivery
Europe: 2 – 10 days
Asia & Australia: 1 – 3 weeks
South America: 2 – 3 weeks

Q: May I request another shipping method?

A: NO.

Q: Do you deliver in P.O. Box?

A: No. Only to house address.

Q: My package didn’t arrive. When I can get a refund and how?

A: If your package is late, and already passed 10 days since we provide we notified you of delivery, then we will call  the agency used, verify that package was really seized, lost or whatever, and then we will reship No extra charge required.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: On the checkout page, you will see shipping charges base on your country, city, zip.

Q: How are the products labeled?

A: Products come’s in stealth packaging for higher privacy.

Q: Do you provide tracking number?

A: Yes, all orders have tracking number.  (for privacy reasons, we no longer give tracking numbers, after package is sent, all receipts are destroyed. if not delivered then we reship)

Q: Do you offer any guarantee that I will receive my item?

A: If the item doesn’t arrive, then you get a reship.

Q: Have packages got missing too much ?

A: No but almost all the packages that we had to reship were small (between 1-10g) and probably got lost due to the size
